Dietary / Lifestyle Tips
- Throw away your scales. Scales do not tell you how much fat you have lost or how much muscle you have gained. Remember, muscle is more dense than fat. If you jump on the scales and notice a weight gain it won't necessarily mean you have gained fat, instead it could mean you have gained muscle mass.
- Choose organic or locally produced food and be mindful of the food you buy. Organic food is grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, which means they are better for your health, plus the nutritional content of organic food is also much higher. By purchasing Organic food you will also be supporting healthy soil in which crops can grow. Commercial farming is a graveyard for insects and nature!
- Avoid sugar and fizzy drinks. Example, if it looks blue or glows don't drink it. Drinking fizzy sugary drinks on a regular basis will lead to Sugar Addiction, Tooth Decay, Insomnia, and Osteoporosis.
