My aim is to motivate and teach my clients what it means to live a healthy lifestyle the natural way, and that it isn't just about using a treadmill for thirty minutes, drinking the newest fad diet shake, or attending a wishy washy bootcamp for a quick fix.
I focus on each client individually. Before any physical exercise starts I assess your lifestyle and movement abilities. I also take goals, dreams, and needs seriously. I then design a personalised program and a path which is best for you.

PT EnhancePT enhance is a site we offer for clients where they can log into each workout and follow their current programme. Video demonstrations are available to watch of each prescribed exercise on the current programme. All programs are Taylor made to each client. There are also numerous educational videos, articles and audio.
